Our client, Max4therm (UK) Ltd are a small friendly independent company offering design and supply of underfloor heating materials to trade and retail customers.
They are seeking an energetic, motivated Technical UFH Sales Consultant to support the company and its sales team. The main task will be to provide full technical support on underfloor heating products and systems to customers and staff. Other duties include processing orders, generating sales, and picking and packing customers’ orders accurately. We are looking for a genuine, hardworking individual who has the initiative to work on their own and within a small close-knit team.

You will be an experienced underfloor heating specialist that is self-motivated, flexible and has a can-do attitude. You’ll have a good work ethic and be passionate about working for an eco-friendly company that believes its products are making a difference to the climate.
You will have very good accuracy and attention to detail; experience of working within sales and in a warehouse environment. You will have a previous track record of working in an underfloor heating sales environment and driving sales and profit margins.
The role
This role is based in their Sales Office, in Monmouth. As an experienced professional, you will be supporting the company with its development of sales and supporting customers and staff with their technical knowledge.
Assisting the company in increasing the customer base, turnover, profitability, and competitive buying power. This is to be driven by a high level of customer service, processing of orders, managing quotations, arranging installations, utilising effective sales techniques, building relationships, and assisting with the development of products within the marketplace.
The role will also support the team’s activities in the warehouse, with picking and packing customers’ orders accurately, the booking in / use of online portals to arrange their customer deliveries with couriers or postal service, checking in goods inwards and filling of shelves.

Salary and hours
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with a salary of £25,000 per year, plus a company bonus scheme. The role will commence in October/November 2020.
