Launched in 2017, Helpforce partners with the NHS and other health and care organisations to help create volunteering projects, increase volunteering opportunities, and prove the impact they make. Through a range of projects, we capture and share the insights and impact, to help build a strong case to persuade leaders to invest in volunteering.

Who we’re looking for

In order to meet our shared goals, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator (full-time), to join our ambitious team. You will be:

  • Able to work well with the team to develop a clear roadmap of system improvements
  • Able to manage user setup
  • Competent in creating workflows, functions and configurations
  • Experienced at creating and managing reports, dashboards, custom objects, and fields
  • Able to deliver the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented
  • Able to help team members with the adoption of the system around the day-to-day working practices
  • Experienced in the development of our main website and other digital tools

Our roles are widely home-based/flexible working. There will be the occasional requirement to visit our Head Office in Central London. In line with current Government guidelines, the team are all working remotely until restrictions ease. After the restrictions are lifted, we will consider further flexible working arrangements.

Salary and hours

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary range of £35,000 – £38,000 per annum. The position is a 6 month FTC (possible extension up to 12 months).
