The Vegan Society makes veganism more accessible and an easily adopted approach by supporting individuals, policy and decision makers, caterers, manufacturers, health care professionals and the media.

In order to meet our ambitious plans for the next few years, we need to recruit some new people to our team in our new offices conveniently located by Snow Hill station in Birmingham.
Our roles are typically office-based, however, remote working will be in place until social distancing measures are relaxed/removed. After these restrictions are eased a flexible work schedule could be considered.

The Role
The Supporter Services Officer (Membership) is an integral part of the team and the first point of contact for our member and supporter enquiries. You will work closely with Senior Supporter Services Coordinator to manage communications with our supporters and membership, assist with the implementation of strategies to drive our membership forward, as well as managing our membership database.
You will:
- Be very well organised and detail-orientated.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in managing databases.
- Be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment.
- Be highly successful at managing and building relationships with members and supporters.
Salary and Hours
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) role with a salary of £23,541 – £29,577 per annum per annum.
Currently the requirement is for this role to attend the office approx. once a week. The workplace is COVID-secure.
